August 24th, 2005: Litle correction of the Sinon 0.8 DTD

The Sinon 0.8 DTD was initially released with a missing atribute (value of tag loop). We apologize for this error.

August 19th, 2005: Sinon 0.8 DTD is released, documentation improvemed

• Added Sinon XML collector configuration DTD at http://sinon.sourceforge.net/dtd/sinon-0.8.dtd .
• Added missing documentation for tags do-data-extraction, global-data-extractions and include-parameter-set.
• Added Usage section to documentation.
• Added the News page.
